Author and retired Sheriff's Detective Robert Rangel is our guest on the Law Enforcement Today Show. Robert was shot multiple times in an ambush. He talks about that horrible event and how it inspired his series of books.

His books tell the stories of countless Law Enforcement Officers who were in extremely violent gunfights. Some of whom received horrific injuries and those that did not survive.
