Police off the Cuff After Hours interviews retired NYPD detective Bill Ryan of the Arson and explosion squad, and detective Scott Wagner of Manhattan North Homicide Squad. Bill and Mark discuss the disbandment of Anti Crime and what it means to NYC. Since Anti Crime was disbanded the city has exploded with shootings and murders. New York City is heading in the wrong direction in regards to violent crime. both Bill Ryan and Scott Wagner spent many years working the busiest precincts in anti crime. For civilians anti crime is a plain clothes unit that works in unmarked cars and targets guns, robberies, and violent crime on the street. The unit was disbanded because anti crime is more likely to get in gun battles on the street with the criminal element.  Who will suffer? The answer is the people living in the poor neighborhoods.
