He had a great police career and is very proud that he is a United States Marine. One of the unusual things about retired Captain Joe Lisi is that he is undoubtedly the most successful NYPD actor of all time. Joe has over 100 movie and TV credits on his IMDb page. He has been on N YPD Blue, Bluebloods, Third Watch and many movies. In addition to Joe's acting and police career he is also a restauranteur. He owns a restaurant called Bar Dough on W 46th St. in the Heart of NYC's Times Square.
