Brian and Greg are joined by recently retired Navy Flight nurse Lt Cmdr Nikki Selby who is currently a volunteer search and rescue medic with the San Bernardino County Sheriffs Office.  Nikki talks about her experiences in the Navy going from enlisted Corpsman to commissioned officer treating wounded Marines in Afghanistan.
